By using Tarkiz, you agree to these Terms of Use. Tarkiz is provided by Voyde AG. If you do not agree, do not use the app or platform.

2. Service Description

Tarkiz provides a personal dashboard for managing news, subscriptions, investments, tasks, and other digital tools. The service is available via app and web platform and may require an active user account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features require a paid auto-renewable subscription.
• Subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions via your device account settings.

4. Restore Purchases

Users can restore previously purchased subscriptions via a visible "Restore Purchases" button in the app settings.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use Tarkiz.

6. User Responsibilities

• Do not misuse, interfere with, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Do not upload illegal or harmful content.
• Respect intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Tarkiz is owned by Voyde AG or licensed. Copying or modifying without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tarkiz is provided "as-is." We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from its use.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Bern, Switzerland.
